MotoServer Service Agreement and Warranty Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with GSM Software on orderingfrom GSM Software you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Username and Password shall be sent by e-mail with in 24 hours on receipt of cleared payment.
Please configure properly any filtering program you are using to avoid of non-receipt of e-mail
sent by us. (If you are using a web based email with filtering capability, you may also check
filtered emails folder).
Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.
Payments placed online will be placed on 128 bit secure servers. On this form, all credit / debit
card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. GSM Software never actually sees
your credit / debit card details.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing
an order online.
Warranty Conditions
We guarantee your money back and restore your phone to the original state on following conditions
- Phone is still locked after you perform unlocking operation successfully.
- Phone is still locked or not working properly after any server or software error during
the operation
Warranty EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
Following conditions are not covered by warranty term.
- You did not test phone and data cable compatibility using free trial before ordering.
- An Emergency stop (process error) is not caused by our server or software
(operating system failure, low or discharged battery, removing cable during process).
- If phone software does not work properly before the operation (If another software used).
- RPF-file is lost ( in the REPAIR directory and contains the information essential for restoration).
- If the phone has hardware problem before operation.
To Benefit from Warranty
Please send us your request using our Contact & Support Form (Please include your account
password and Transaction ID) within 30 days to benefit from warranty term.
Refund Policy:
- We do operate a "Try before you buy" policy (Please check Free Trial section for more details).
- You will be refunded under the warranty term within 30 days upon your request.
- You will be refunded within 30 days if your prepaid credit has not been deducted
from your account (after you use your prepaid login and password).
You may contat us for your refund requests using our Contact & Support Form or contact via email to our support (Please include Transaction ID with your request).
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept
secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
GSM Software will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors
to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our
highly secure, password-protected servers.
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and
layout of the GSM Software web site.
