The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with GSM Software on ordering
from GSM Software you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Unlock Codes shall be sent by e-mail within 24 hours on receipt of cleared payment.
Please configure properly any filtering program you are using to avoid of non-receipt of e-mail
sent by us. (If you are using a web based email with filtering capability, you may also check
filtered emails folder).
Warranty Conditions
We guarantee your money back and restore your phone to the original state on following conditions
- Phone is still locked after you enter relevant code provided by us
Please contact us to benefit from warranty.
Refund Policy:
- You can be refunded (in full) if unlocking code does not work for your phone.
Please conttact us for your refund request within 60 days from the date of purchase.
You may contat us for your refund requests using our Contact & Support Form or contact via email to our support (Please include Transaction ID with your request).

card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. GSM Software never actually sees

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing
an order online.
