Refund Policy:

Tangible Products
- If you are not satisfied with any product in the Gsm Software Store you can be refunded if you return package within 7 days after receipt of shipment and packaged well to prevent damage. Once product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, a full refund can be processed.
- Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility (Except defected products).

Intangible Products
- Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable software product sold by gsm-software.com

Electronic Services
Electronic services that are delivered via email can be refundable before it is delivered.
you may be refunded only if you have not been sent or had access to information.

All authorized refunds will be issued and credited within 2 weeks from the date of resolution.

Defected Products:
If you received a defected Product you can exchange your product if you return product.
We will send new product within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
You can also be refunded if you return package within 10 days after receipt of shipment
and packaged well to prevent damage. Once product is received and evaluated for clean
preservation a full refund can be processed.
Shipment cost of any defected product will be paid by us.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order before the order is shipped.
There are no exceptions, expect for fulfilling the refund request with all the required information as requested (via our refund request forn or provide required information by email).

We are not responsible for claims of non-receipt of e-mail sent by us, since you are providing the e-mail address and control the validity, screening and working condition of this.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges, or Fraudulent Claims:
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. Since all of our transactions are completed through e-mail, we can and will verify the owner of the e-mail address given through their e-mail provider. We can and will verify receipt of e-mails through your e-mail service provider as well. This is in no way a violation of the privacy act and can be requested to provide proof of delivery of information paid for and ordered. Upon verification, this information is reported to legal authorities as fraud to pursue criminal prosecution and our legal department to pursue civil compensation including any and all legal fees incurred. When card holder makes fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage we report this to credit card services that may result in cancellation of all card services and negative information on credit report and possible criminal charges files against card holder. There will also be an additional charge for chargebacks for claims of "non-receipt" since it is the purchaser's responsibility at the time of ordering to provide an accurate and working email and since the purchaser also is responsible for screening emails and because we provide all the information in order to easily contact us and remedy this situation.

Privacy Statement:
When you place an order for a product or request a service or submit content to this Site, GSM Software may need to contact you for additional information needed to process or fulfill your order or request.
GSM Software will not provide the information submitted to a third party without your permission, except as necessary to process or fulfill your order, including without limitation, providing necessary information to relevant banks, logistics and transport service providers and authorized after-sales service providers, as well as respond to your requests or answer your inquiries, or in the good faith belief that disclosure of information is reasonably necessary to respond to claims that content you have submitted to this Site violates the rights of third parties or as necessary to protect GSM Software, its web site users' and/or the public's rights, property and/or safety.
